September 16, 1997 - The Cabinet of Ministers is pleased to announce the appointment of the following persons to the Board of Directors of the St. Lucia Development Bank.

Vincent Palmer - Chairman; Rudy Curly, Kimberly Cenac, Virginia Albert, Hilary Modeste, Stephanie Allain and David Demacque.

Meanwhile the Cabinet of Ministers is pleased to announce the following persons have been appointed to serve as members of the Development Control Authority : Paul Hippolyte - Chairman; Albert Jn Baptiste, Marie Ange Louis, David Simmons, Dexter Theodore and Mathias Burt.

A new Board of the St. Lucia Housing Authority has been appointed. The board is being headed by Andrew Antoine and includes, Herbert Francois, Josephine Mitchell-Stewart, Effrem Owen Edgar, Herald Nicholas, Olive St. Ville and Albert John.
