September 16, 1997 - St. Lucia's Culinary Team on its way to representing the island at the upcoming Caribbean Culinary Federation, over the weekend hosted a trial dinner at the Wyndam Morgan Bay Resort.

The team is made up of Award winning Chef from the local Culinary competition. They include manager Peter Letcher, Peter Lawrence, Keith Maynard, Alfred Pascal, Brian Herman and Catherine Ferrands.

The team will leave the island on September 28 for Puerto Rico.
