July 22, 1997 - Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Kenny Anthony and the Cabinet of Ministers has expressed their deepest sympathies and condolences to the family of the late Johannes Leonce, who passed away on Saturday July 19, 1997.

Mr. Leonce gave a vast majority of his working life to serving the public, eventually rising to the high office of Permanent Secretary. He also served as Executive Director of the Saint Lucia Broadcasting Corporation.
