8th Taiwanese delegation of medical volunteers arrives next week |

Friday, September 16, 2011 – The 8th Taiwanese delegation of medical volunteers from the Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH) is scheduled to arrive in St. Lucia on Sunday, 25th September, 2011 to help St. Jude Hospital for a period of 3 weeks. The delegation consists of four doctors, a physiotherapist, and two nurses. The details of the volunteers are as follows:

劉鵬達LIU, PENG-TA 林昱欣LIN, YU-HSIN 黃文忠HUANG, WEN-CHUNG Physiotherapist Registered Nurse, ER Registered Nurse, ICU
The Changhua Christian Hospital is a well known medical center and teaching hospital in central Taiwan. It employs about 800 doctors and 2400 nurses. The hospital has 1600 beds and receives approximately 5,000 patient-visits daily.
Since November 2009, the Changhua Christian Hospital has sent 7 delegations of medical volunteers to help St. Jude Hospital. In total, 28 doctors and 14 nurses form CCH has provided their excellent medical services in St. Jude Hospital in less than two years.
