Wednesday 15 June 2011 – The Dennery Fish Vendors Association, through the Special Framework of Assistance (SFA) programme, has undertaken new initiatives to ensure that they play their part in making Dennery and Mabouya a leading Eco-Agro Tourism and cultural destination.
The vendors who have been operating for the past ten years have developed a Strategic Plan to drive future activities and plan to offer all visitors a unique and authentic Saint Lucian culinary and cultural experience at the Fish Fiesta. Already the SFA 2007 Project has enhanced the Dennery Fish Fiesta product offering through expanded seating, new supplies, new equipment and sustained marketing and advertising. |
