Tuesday 25 January 2011  The line up for the 2011 edition of Saint Lucia Jazz has been finalised with t he inclusion of  international R&B and Grammy nominated superstar Trey Songz.

Known for his hit songs like “Bottoms Up” Trey Songz will  headline the main stage Saturday May 7, show.

Public Relations Manager at the Saint Lucia Tourist Board Mr John Emmanuel says the confirmation further diversifies an already stellar line up of jazz performers.

“Every year at Saint Lucia Jazz there is always a headline act that attracts the youthful population. This year nothing has been left to chance as all of the arrangements are in place and Trey Songz and his band are eagerly awaiting to touch down on Saint Lucia to participate in the 20th edition of Saint Lucia Jazz.”

In addition to Trey Songz, the other main stage jazz headline acts include reggae band Morgan Heritage, scheduled to perform on Friday May 6 and the internationally renowned John Legend who hits the stage on what is expected to be a legendary Mother`s Day on May 8.

Emmanuel says with the jazz line-up now complete, the Tourist Board will be moving to intensify its promotion and marketing of the festival.

Saint Lucia Jazz which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year will run from April 30, to May 8, 2011.
