Tuesday, September 30, 2008 – The Small Enterprise Development Unit (SEDU) in the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Commerce, Consumer Affairs and Investment will be conducting a special programme for Spa owners. This programme, comprising of five (5) half-day sessions, focuses on Image Building for the Spa Services Sector. It will be held in the Conference Room of the Ministry of Trade from 8:45 am – 12 noon beginning Wednesday, October 8, 2008 and ending on Tuesday, October 14, 2008.
The programme is designed to help small businesses in the spa services sector create the Wow! factor. Participants will discover their unique selling point(s) that would promote customer satisfaction and loyalty; thereby improving their revenue-earning capacity.
A maximum of sixteen (16) spa owners/managers will be accepted into the programme, therefore interested persons are encouraged to register early. The fee is $100 per person. Registration takes place at SEDU. The deadline for payment is no later than Wednesday, October 1, 2008.
