Secondary Students launch New Book Banana Classic

Friday, May 11, 2007 - A colourful and attractive book of recipes all developed by students of secondary schools in St. Lucia. These creative recipes have been tried and tested and many of them are innovative.

The locally grown banana, green or ripe, is used in every recipe, making ‘Banana Classic’ an ideal gift to give friends and relatives both at home and abroad.
