MEDIA ADVISORY
Subject: The Press Conference for the Meeting of Leaders of Parliamentary Opposition in the Caribbean.
Venue: The Hibiscus Room at the Sandals Golf Resort and Spa in Castries.
Date: Saturday July 02 Time: 6.00. p.m.
Journalists and media crews are advised that the Press Conference will be held upon completion of the above mentioned meeting.
On arrival at the hotel security gate identification will be required is: The ID for the CARICOM 26th Heads meeting OR (for persons who are yet to receive their CARICOM IDs, your media agency ID with the letter of accreditation (which was faxed to all regional and international media representatives).
Reporters/Journalists and media crews will be ushered to Sports bar at the hotel and then into the Hibiscus room to set up and await the start of the Press Conference.
