Thursday, December 18, 2003 - The Government of Saint Lucia will on Friday December 19, 2003, sign an EC $6.5 million Economic and Technical Agreement with the Government of the People’s Republic of China. The funds will go towards constructing the new Psychiatric Hospital. Minister for Health Honourable Damian Greaves will sign on behalf of the Government while Ambassador Gu Hauming will sign on behalf of the People’s Republic of China.
