New Attache Appointed for the Prime Minister

Tuesday, November 11, 2003 - Mr. Anthony Darius has been appointed to the post of Administrative Attaché to Prime Minister, the Honourable Dr. Kenny D. Anthony. Mr. Darius replaces Dr. Tennyson Joseph and his appointment took effect November 1st, 2003.

Mr. Darius holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in History and Politics from the University of the West-Indies, St. Augustine Campus, a Masters of Science Degree in Government (International Relations) University of the West-Indies, Mona Campus and has completed the requirements necessary for the attainment of Masters of Arts Degree in Political Science (the Politics of Developing Countries), McGill University.

Mr. Darius was formerly employed with the Ministry of External Affairs, International Trade and Civil Aviation in the capacity of a Foreign Service Officer.

He was also employed as a lecturer of History and Politics at the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College and was also a teacher at Saint Mary’s College.
