Contact: Roger D. Joseph Friday, July 12, 2002 – Prime Minister Honourable Dr. Kenny D. Anthony has written to the Leader of the Opposition, Honourable Marius Wilson, inviting him to meet to discuss three major issues. The meeting, proposed for August 08, 2002, is intended to engage the Opposition in discussion on the enumeration of voters, the abolition of appeals to the Privy Council, and the problem of crime. In addition to the Prime Minister, the government delegation for the meeting will include Minister for Education, Human Resource Development, Youth and Sports Honourable Mario Michel, who is the Leader of Government Business in the House of Assembly, and Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Senator the Honourable Petrus Compton.
