UK-Dennery Association Supports Dennery Hospital

Monday, October 08, 2001 -The United Kingdom/Dennery Association has made a donation of some medical supplies and equipment costing an estimated $9000.00 to the Dennery Hospital. The donation includes some key equipment such as a foetal heart monitor, sterilizer, and nebulizer.

Principal Nursing Officer attached to the Dennery Hospital, Jennifer Clauzel says the supplies would be put into good use for the benefit of effective nursing care at the institution.  The Dennery Hospital provides a 24-hour service with primary health care as its main focus.

The UK/Dennery Association comprises a group of persons who originally lived in Dennery but who are presently based in England.

The supplies were received by the Member of Parliament for Dennery South, Honourable Damien Greaves.
