Secretaries Celebrate 20 Years

May 26, 1998 - The National Secretaries Association this year celebrated 20 years of active service under the theme " embracing change without compromise".

Recognizing that the technological era is responsible for the rapid changes which has broadened the scope of the secretarial career; the computer was used to convey this message.

To commemorate its 20 years of existence, a number of activities were held. Theses included a church service and a number of seminars.

Over the weekend, the secretaries gathered at the Prime Minister's residence to award outstanding secretaries and other persons who had contributed towards the development of the organization.
