October 29, 1998 - Her Excellency the Governor-General pursuant to section 68 (1) of the Constitution of Saint Lucia and acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister, has appointed the Honorable Michael Gaspard, to the office of Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Human Resource Development, Youth and Sports, with effect from November 1, 1998.
