Process for Foreigners to Purchase Land in Saint Lucia

Foreigners wishing to purchase land in Saint Lucia must first acquire an Alien's Landholding License.  Application forms may be obtained from the Department of Lands and Survey, Greaham Louisy Administrative Building, Waterfront, Castries, Saint Lucia.

Then, the application will be vetted by the Office of the Attorney General before it is forwarded to the Office of the Prime Minister for final approval and signature.
