Your firearm permit is not valid in St. Lucia.

The regulations with respect to firearms are such that an application to carry a firearm must be made to the Commissioner of Police in Saint Lucia. You will be expected to complete a Criminal Record Form (fee of EC$1.00), provide 2 passport sized photos and a medical certificate.  The "application" for a permit to carry your firearm will be processed by the Commissioner who will need to carry out all the relevant checks.  That process may take anywhere between one to six weeks.

You also need to have been approved to carry a firearm by the Commissioner of Police in Saint Lucia BEFORE you can bring one into the country.
