PRIME MINISTER ON DUTY ABROAD

Prime Minister Honourable Dr. Kenny D. Anthony left the island over the weekend to travel to St. Kitts and Nevis. He is the Guest Speaker at the 80^th Annual Conference of the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party to be held on Sunday May, 20, 2012.

The Prime Minister then travels to the Grand Cayman for the Forty Second Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Caribbean Development Bank The meeting is scheduled for May 21^st to 24^th 2012. At the end of the meeting, Saint Lucia will hold the chairmanship of Board of Governors of the bank.

Honourable Alva Baptiste, Minister for External Affairs, International Trade and Civil Aviation will act as Prime Minister in Dr. Anthony’s absence.
