VAT BILL IN CIRCULATION
The public is hereby advised that the VAT bill is currently in circulation and can be accessed from the Government of Saint Lucia’s website, (www.stlucia.gov.lc/docs/Policy Documents/documents_on_policy.htm) or by emailing a request to the VAT Implementation Unit vatinfo@vat.gov.lc .
The bill contains the general policy statement and provisions of the VAT.
LABOUR CODE IN CIRCULATION
Similarly, The Government of Saint Lucia has responded to the concerns regarding the cost of accessing a hard copy of the Labour Code and has moved to circulate the Code electronically, ahead of the August 01, 2012 implementation date. The Labour Code (2006) can be accessed on the Government of Saint Lucia’s website, (www.stlucia.gov.lc/docs/Policy Documents/documents_on_policy.htm) or by emailing a request to secretary.pressslu@gmail.com.
A printed copy of the Labour Code (2006) and the 2011 amendment can be purchased from the National Printing Corporation, Corner of Jeremie and Laborie Streets, Castries. |
