This re-assignment, involves the Prime Minister giving up the portfolio of External Affairs to the Honourable Rufus Bousquet, who becomes Minister for External Affairs, International Trade and Investment.

Honourable Charlotte Tessa Mangal, Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister becomes Minister for Commerce, Industry and Consumer Affairs.

The Prime Minister will retain his portfolios as Minister for Finance (International Financial Services), Economic Affairs, Economic Planning and National Development.
