St. Lucia Holds Consultation on Telecommunications Reform

January 20, 1999 - Saint Lucia=s National Consultation on Telecommunications Reform will be held on Tuesday February 2, 1999 at the NIS Conference Centre, on the Waterfront.  The Consultation is being held in preparation for a general OECS consultation, which is anticipated to be held from February 8-9, 1999. The consultation will provide recommendations for the liberalized and competitive environment in the field of telecommunications.

Among the resource persons expected to attend the consultation are Secretary General of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union, Roderick Sanatan and International Telecommunications Union representative, Phillip Cross.
