	Review appointment and disciplinary processes/procedures, with a view to promoting consistency in the treatment of individuals and orderly employment relations
	Assessing the effectiveness of the exercise of the revised delegated appointing authority to Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Department
	Review existing Public and Teaching Service policies, congruent with Public Sector Reform process
	Develop performance measures that contribute to achieving the Agency's strategic objectives
